Technical Architecture Model of IS (IT&COM  infrastructure) is then a key part of the configuration database CMDB within the ITIL solution (IT Infrastructure Library).

To support the implementation of tasks model, technical architecture/technical infrastructure, modeling, analysis and design of IS, we use CA netVIZ and netTerrain tools.
